• Work with trusted suppliers and factories with oversight.
• Use local fulfilment (UK warehouse) where possible to reduce shipping emissions for UK customers.

Transparency

Some products are fulfilled from international suppliers (dropship). Where items are not UK-fulfilled, we clearly state expected delivery times and origin on the product page.
