Exchange Policy
At Léonaé, we offer exchanges for size or colour within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.
How Exchanges Work
- Contact our support team via email at hello@leonae.com, including your order number and the requested exchange (size or colour).
- Return the original item in unused condition, with original packaging intact where possible.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process and dispatch the replacement item.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Processing & Delivery Time
Replacement items are dispatched within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Delivery times may vary depending on the fulfilment source (UK warehouse or international supplier) and the destination address.
Exchange Availability
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will offer an alternative option or a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
