Return & Refund Policy

At Léonaé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, this policy explains exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered;
  • include original tags and packaging;
  • have no signs of wear, stains, deodorant, perfume, or damage.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Items Not Eligible

  • Final sale items
  • Underwear or intimate items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

4. Return Shipping Costs

United Kingdom Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

International Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties related to the return.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, color, or style (subject to availability). If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Multi-Warehouse Orders (Split Shipments)

Orders may arrive in multiple shipments. Items fulfilled from different warehouses must be returned to the corresponding facility. Our team will provide the correct return address for each item.

7. Exceptions for External Supplier Products

Certain products sourced through external suppliers (e.g., DSers / Aliexpress UK warehouse) may require different return locations. Instructions will be provided upon request.

8. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • the item shows signs of use or handling;
  • the packaging is missing or damaged;
  • a discount or promotion was applied.

11. How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@leonae.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

12. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor fraudulent return claims. Items returned used, worn, washed, or damaged will be rejected and not refunded.

13. Your Rights

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK GDPR. Your statutory rights are not affected.
