At Léonaé, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all our customers in the United Kingdom and worldwide. Below you will find full details about processing times, delivery options, tracking, international shipments, and split deliveries.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons and new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. United Kingdom Shipping
All UK orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse:

UK Delivery Options:
- Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): £3.90
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £6.90
- Free UK Shipping: Orders over £50.00
Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
3. International Shipping
We ship to over 230 countries. All international orders are shipped from our UK fulfillment center or from approved partner warehouses depending on availability.
International Delivery Options:
- Standard International Shipping (3–17 business days): £6.90
- Express International Shipping (2–11 business days): £12.90
- Free Worldwide Shipping: Orders over £70.00
Customs, Duties & VAT
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or additional taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
4. Multi-Warehouse & Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different warehouse locations (e.g., UK warehouse + partner supplier). Split shipments do not affect your shipping cost.
5. Products Shipped from External Suppliers
Some products may be shipped from third-party partner warehouses when stock is unavailable in the UK. Delivery times will be listed on the product page when applicable.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
8. Delays, Lost Packages & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, courier issues, strikes, or other factors outside our control.
