Thank you for shopping at Léonaé. We operate with two dedicated shipping channels to provide the best possible delivery experience for our UK and international customers. Please read the information below to understand how shipping works, expected delivery times, and what to expect depending on your location.
📦 1. Shipping Markets We Serve
Léonaé currently offers delivery through two shipping networks:
- UK Local Market – Orders fulfilled from UK-based warehouses.
- International Market – Orders fulfilled by our trusted global suppliers.
The shipping method applied to your order depends on product availability and the delivery address selected at checkout.
🇬🇧 2. UK Warehouse Shipping
This option applies to products stocked in UK-based fulfilment centres.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days.
- Carrier services: Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel or other leading UK couriers.
- Tracking: Fully tracked shipping available for all UK warehouse items.
Products dispatched from our UK warehouse are not subject to customs or import fees.
🌍 3. International Shipping
Some products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and broader product availability.
- Processing time: 2–4 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 7–18 business days (location-dependent).
- Tracking: Tracking may take 3–6 days to update after dispatch.
- Carriers: Global logistics partners including YunExpress, Cainiao, 4PX and others.
Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels, depending on item availability and supplier location.
💷 4. Customs, VAT & Import Duties
For UK customers ordering international-dispatch items, we take all measures to minimise extra fees. However, in rare cases, customs inspections may apply.
- If any customs duties or VAT charges are required, the customer is responsible for covering them upon delivery.
- We always declare items correctly to avoid unexpected fees.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

To speed up delivery, items within the same order may ship separately. This does not affect shipping costs.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Léonaé is not responsible for orders returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer not available at the time of delivery
- Unclaimed packages
