This online store operates using international fulfilment partners, including suppliers based in the United Kingdom, European Union and global dropshipping warehouses located primarily in Asia.
2. Definitions
• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Leonae.
• “Customer”, “You”, “Your” refer to any user purchasing products from our store.
• “UK Market” refers to orders fulfilled from warehouses located in the United Kingdom for customers within the UK and neighbouring regions.
• “International Market” refers to orders shipped from international suppliers for customers outside the UK or where international inventory is used.
• “Dropshipping” refers to fulfilment where items are shipped directly from third-party warehouses.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm all details provided are true and correct.
4. Product Information & Availability
We strive to display accurate descriptions, images and specifications. However, variations may occur due to lighting, packaging updates or manufacturer changes. Stock availability may vary between our UK Market and International Market.
Because we operate with multiple warehouses and dropshipping partners, some products may arrive separately in multiple packages.
5. Prices, Taxes & Currency
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) by default unless otherwise specified. Customers shopping from outside the UK may see automatic currency conversion based on location.
International Orders: Some countries may require import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices.
Leonae is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Order Processing & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
A legally binding contract is formed only once your order is dispatched.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We operate with two primary fulfilment methods:
7.1 UK Market (Local Fulfilment)
Products marked as “UK Warehouse” are shipped from our partner locations inside the United Kingdom. Typical delivery time: 2–7 business days.
7.2 International Market (Dropshipping)
International items ship from global suppliers (primarily Asia). Typical delivery time: 7–20 business days, depending on the destination.
7.3 Mixed Cart Orders
If your order contains both UK and International items, they may ship in separate packages at no additional cost to you.
7.4 Delays
Delivery estimates are approximate. Leonae is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, import inspection, weather conditions, peak seasons, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Rule for UK/EU Customers)
Customers in the UK/EU have the legal right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods, as long as the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
8.2 Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as skincare, beauty tools, personal care devices, face masks and opened cosmetic items cannot be returned unless defective.
8.3 Return Shipping Costs
• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect — Leonae covers return costs.
• For voluntary returns (change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless local laws state otherwise.
8.4 Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
9. Warranty
All electronic or beauty devices come with a standard manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and supplier.
10. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one discount can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including brand names, logos, text, product descriptions, and images, is owned by or licensed to Leonae. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
12. Dropshipping Disclosure
Leonae partners with global warehouses and suppliers to provide affordable and diverse product options. Some items may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers. This does not affect your consumer rights.
13. Limitation of Liability
Leonae is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, shipping delays, or customs-related issues. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.

15. Governing Law
